Come in and meet our new chef, Michael Kilmartin. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Michael has worked in fine dining throughout the country...he brings a sense of menu and organization that you will sense on the plate...AND he is friendly! In other news, Tuesdays are the night for "No Corkage," and an art showing from Charles Prentiss, one of Santa Cruz's most popular artists, started July 12. the Time" Located in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz, we opened our doors in December of 1992. Our desire to serve only the freshest seasonal local organic produce underlies everything we do. We are especially pleased to announce a partnership with beautiful Lindencroft Farm, owned and operated by Linda and Steven Butler. Linda grows specialty crops for our kitchen. And with the Santa Cruz Farmers Market only three blocks away, we are doubly blessed. Fresh vegetables and fruit from organic farms around Santa Cruz (see all of our sources here) are abundant on our menus. We use sustainably and humanely raised meats, and sustainable seafoods.
